Matsuoka Brewery Teimatsu Kajito Sure Primeur Yeast Brewing 720ml
"Teimatsu Junmai Ginjo Ke to Hare Primeur Yeast Brewing" is an innovative Junmai Ginjo sake brewed by Matsuoka Brewery using wine-specific Primeur yeast for the first time in the sake industry, in order to open up new horizons for sake. The name deliberately reverses the words "Ke to Hare," which mean "everyday" and "extraordinary," to express the wish that "people should be able to incorporate sake more easily into their daily lives."
This sake uses wine yeast, but is different from "sake like white wine" and pursues the height of sake. Domestic rice is polished to 60% and carefully brewed. When poured into a glass, a gorgeous, tropical fruit aroma reminiscent of banana and ripe mango rises up, and you can also feel the richness of a weizen beer.
When you put it in your mouth, a gentle astringency reminiscent of the tannins in red wine spreads, and at the same time, the rich rice flavor and sweetness typical of Junmai Ginjo are well balanced. Although it is sweet, it is not at all cloying, and the aftertaste is crisp and refreshing, unique to sake, with a long, pleasant aftertaste. This new sensation of flavor, which turns "?" into "!", has been highly praised for its quality, including winning the Gold Award at the "Delicious Sake in a Wine Glass Awards 2022".
It is recommended to drink it chilled or at room temperature, and it pairs particularly well with Western food such as cheese, chocolate, and roast beef, especially meat dishes. Please enjoy a new sake experience with "Teimatsu Kaji to Seire," which will elevate your everyday dining table to something extraordinary.
<Staff recommendation points>
Made with wine yeast, this sweet and sour drink is perfect for desserts! It also goes well with snacks like carpaccio, which go well with white wine.
