Sashimi, Sushi and Carpaccio

We have a selection of sake that pairs well with dishes made with fresh seafood. We recommend a clean, dry Junmai Ginjo sake or a softly sour unpasteurized sake to bring out the delicate flavors of sashimi and sushi. Ginjo sake or sparkling sake with its refreshing acidity and gorgeous aroma goes well with dishes that use oil and citrus fruits, such as carpaccio.
