By utilizing natural lactic acid bacteria and slowly fermenting the sake over time, it is characterized by its strong richness and complex umami flavor. The acidity and deep flavor go well with food, especially meat dishes and dishes with rich flavors. Please enjoy the mellowness and depth of flavor that comes from aging.
