For dishes that are well-seasoned, such as stews, we recommend rich and deep Yamahai-style sake or aged sake. For dishes that are steamed, such as foil-cooked dishes, fruity Junmai-ginjo sake or sake with a gentle acidity are the perfect match. Enjoy the rich flavor of processed seafood by pairing it with sake.
