Yamahai

We have a selection of traditional Yamahai sake brewed using traditional methods. The method makes use of natural lactic acid bacteria, resulting in a strong, full-bodied flavor with complex umami, giving the sake a deep taste. The strong acidity and rich flavor go well with food, and are especially compatible with meat dishes and strongly seasoned dishes. Please enjoy the deep flavor that is unique to Yamahai, which also has a mellow mouthfeel due to aging.
