For warm sake / For hot sake

We have a selection of sake that can be enjoyed warm or hot. Warming brings out the umami and richness of the sake, and makes it smoother on the palate. Warm sake (40-50°C) offers a balanced flavor and moderate acidity, while hot sake (over 50°C) brings out the crisp flavor and deep richness. Enjoy the full-bodied flavor of sake, which is different from chilled sake, at your preferred temperature.
