We have a selection of alcoholic beverages that go well with cheese and dairy products. Creamy cheeses go well with fruity Junmai Ginjo sakes and mellow aged sakes. Salty hard cheeses go well with dry Junmai sakes with a rich flavor and sharpness, or Yamahai-style sakes with a rich umami taste. Please enjoy pairing them with sake, which brings out the rich flavor of dairy products while enhancing the flavors of each other.
