"Kokage no Sakana" (Fish in the Shadow of a Tree), brewed by Kamikokoro Shuzo in Asaguchi City, Okayama Prefecture, is a low-alcohol Junmai sake with an alcohol content of 8.5%. This special Junmai sake was developed with the aim of making it accessible to those new to sake and women, and its name was chosen to express the desire to have people spend their time relaxing like a fish cooling off in the shade of a tree.

Its greatest feature is its gorgeous, sweet aroma reminiscent of apricots. You can enjoy a unique fruity aroma not found in conventional sake, and a mellow, gentle sweetness spreads in your mouth.
