Brewed using sake rice and yeast from Kochi.
A bottle full of Tosa’s character, crafted to highlight the fundamental appeal of a pure rice sake (junmai). It is an easy-drinking sake that can be enjoyed across a wide range of temperatures, and is especially delicious at room temperature or when warmed.
It also works beautifully as a food-pairing sake, complementing a wide variety of dishes. It is characterised by a light, pleasant aroma typical of Tosa, along with a crisp, dry finish driven by refreshing acidity.

A classic Kochi-style sake with a clean rice umami and a refreshing finish. It pairs exceptionally well with seared bonito (katsuo tataki).

Takagi Sake Brewery's sake brewing is always challenging itself with traditional methods.
