Newly revamped product for this season!

This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed by hand using rice suitable for sake brewing grown in Kochi Prefecture. It is a standard product among Takagi Sake Brewery's representative brand "Toyonoume", loved by many sake lovers for its well-balanced flavor. By polishing the rice to 60%, it has been possible to achieve a refined taste without off-flavors while retaining the original flavor of the rice.

It features a gentle and elegant aroma, a rich rice sweetness, and a crisp aftertaste, and can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, from chilled to room temperature. It goes well with Japanese cuisine in general, and when paired with fish dishes or seasonal vegetable dishes in particular, the flavors of each are enhanced. This pure rice ginjo sake with a unique Tosa flavor, created by Kochi's climate and traditional techniques, can be used in a wide range of situations, from everyday meals to special occasions.
