<A Sake Crafted with Passion – Made with Omachi Rice>

This sake is brewed using Omachi rice, Okayama’s pride and the oldest and most revered sake rice variety in Japan, combined with a new yeast strain specially selected for this brew.

It offers a gentle, refined aroma reminiscent of aromatic woods, followed by a youthful palate with fresh, vibrant acidity. The overall impression is light and refreshing—like a soft spring breeze sweeping across a green meadow.

Brewed with care and dedication by the brewery team, this sake is made with a single wish in mind: “We hope this sake brings a smile to everyone who drinks it.”(Excerpt from the brewer’s own description)

<Staff Recommendation>

Okayama Prefecture is Japan’s leading producer of Omachi rice.
This sake beautifully showcases Omachi’s rich yet mellow depth, making it a truly Okayama-style expression. It is also highly enjoyable gently warmed, revealing an even more rounded and comforting flavour.
