A highly sought-after release that sells out every year. This yamahai junmai nigori sake is brewed in February, then pasteurised and carefully matured in cold storage. Its dry profile and distinctive yamahai acidity bring a sharp, clean structure to the palate, resulting in a light and refreshing impression without any heaviness.
