A savoury junmai sake, perfect served cold or warm.>

Brewed by traditional methods, this junmai ginjō sake is made with cold spring water from the foothills of the Oze region and carefully polished Gunma-grown sake rice, Wakamizu. Using a yeast starter typically reserved for Daiginjō, it offers a fragrant aroma rich in rice umami and a clean, refined palate. Enjoy it lightly chilled for a crisp finish, or gently warmed to reveal a fuller, softer expression of rice flavour.
