Shirasugi Shuzo brews all of its sake using edible table rice. This seasonal sake is made with Koshihikari rice grown in the Tango region. Carefully matured across the seasons, it has developed a smooth, mellow and full-bodied character, with a gentle richness that spreads across the palate.
