Crafted by Komatsu Shuzo in Oita, this Junmai Ginjo showcases the full character of the highly esteemed sake rice "Omachi." Known for producing rich, layered flavors, Omachi is carefully brought to life in this expressive and beautifully balanced sake.

The aroma opens with gentle notes of ripe fruit and a refined ginjo fragrance. On the palate, the sake delivers the signature depth and mellow richness of Omachi rice, harmonized with Hojun’s clean, refreshing acidity. The texture is smooth and expansive, followed by a crisp finish and a quiet, lingering umami—making it an excellent companion at the dining table.

Ideal food pairings include wagyu shabu-shabu, grilled chicken (salt), steamed white fish, sautéed mushrooms, and other dishes that highlight savory, delicate flavors. Enjoy it chilled for sharp clarity, or at room temperature to appreciate its deeper, rounder umami profile.

A beautifully composed Junmai Ginjo, Hojun Omachi brings together the strength of Omachi rice and the elegance of Hojun’s brewing style—perfect for elevating everyday meals.
