Summer Limited Edition – Fresh and Vibrant Junmai Sake

Crafted to highlight the crisp acidity and rich umami of Miyama Nishiki rice, along with a clean, refreshing finish, this seasonal summer sake is bottled immediately after pressing to preserve its fresh character.

Light and elegant yet full of refined umami, this fruity Junmai sake delivers flavour without feeling heavy. By bottling the sake straight after pressing, pasteurising it only once, and storing it at low temperatures, its lively freshness is carefully maintained.

Staff Recommendation

A wonderfully refreshing Junmai sake that's perfect for summer and easy to enjoy by the glass. Its smooth, clean palate makes it an excellent match for sashimi and other fresh seafood dishes.
