A Refreshing Summer Sake with the Iconic Marlin Label
The much-loved Marlin Label returns each summer!
Brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice, this Junmai Daiginjo offers vibrant acidity and rich umami that are designed to complement fish dishes beautifully. Chilling the sake further enhances its aroma and flavour profile.
Enjoy its crisp, refreshing character, inspired by the speed and elegance of the marlin as it cuts through the ocean.
